What started out for Tim as a calling in 2014 has grown in ways he could never have imagined. His vision, passion and leadership have helped countless retired service members through his fundraising efforts for Military Missions in Action. With a heart for those less fortunate and a deep respect for our nation's military and its veterans, he is the heart and soul of the organization and a blessing to those he touches.
As a former enlisted member of the United States Army, Eric is all too familiar with the struggles and challenges facing our nation's retired service members. His work in the sports collectibles industry has helped Signatures for Soldiers reach new venues for fundraising and his military service and passion for the mission makes him ideal to serve as Chairman.
Rob was instrumental in helping Signatures for Soldiers reach the next level of our fundraising efforts through his connections and work in the sports collectibles industry. He is an avid student of military history who shares the organization's deep respect for our country's military veterans. His marketing background helps contribute to the success of Signatures for Soldiers.
Robert is a retired veteran of the U.S. Army. He distinguishingly served for seven years and deployed multiple times. He was awarded a Purple Heart for injuries received in combat while in Iraq.Currently serving as a casino surveillance professional, he is a valuable member of the Signatures for Soldiers board.
Brian is a longtime teacher of 26 years, Commissioner of the State of Florida’s Construction Industry Licensing Board, and a lifetime member of the Association of Professional Baseball Players. He is a Blue and Gold Officer of the United States Naval Academy. Brian intimately knows the horror of war having lost two former students in the Global War on Terror: Sgt Dennis J Flanagan US Army and Cpl. Jonathan W Taylor USMC. Along with Sgt Flanagan’s family he helped start the Sgt. Flanagan Foundation in 2007 with the purpose of helping local students and veterans organizations with financial assistance through scholarships and financial aid. He has been helping to support the mission of Signatures for Soldiers since 2017 and is honored to have been named to the SFS board of directors and looks forward to continuing to help our nations heroes.
Spencer worked in law enforcement for 17 years before becoming the Deputy Director for North Carolina Department of Public Safety in the Office of Staff Development and Training. He is heavily involved in the development and training of North Carolina Probation Officers, Correctional Officers, Managerial training, and Leadership training for the next upcoming managers. He also helps oversee other aspects of the department including the Instructor Schools for Firearms, Self Defense, and many other programs. Spencer has been a strong supporter of Signatures for Soldiers since its inception. He has been “hands on” helping manage the booth at the organization’s largest fundraiser, the National Sports Collectors Convention.
Levi spent a remarkable 23 years serving proudly in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman. He retired in 2019 as the result of receiving a 100% disabled rating from Veterans Affairs. He served overseas tours in Kosovo, two Iraq Tours (OIF III and OIF V) and one tour in Afghanistan (OEF 12-13) He is intimately familiar with the needs of disabled veterans and is a valuable member of the board. Levi will continue to serve on the "front lines" having recently graduated from nursing school.
